Egbert Express, founded in 1927 by John Egbert, was the first same-day courier service between New York City and Philadelphia. John believed that Egbert Express would become the premier courier service in the region by offering unparalleled customer service, along with a timely, reliable, and convenient delivery method. He was right! Although times have changed since then, John's business philosophy remains the cornerstone on which we continue to build our corporate reputation.
Today, Egbert Express remains family-owned and operated. Over the years, our services have expanded.
